Slip reservations for the 2023 season are going fast!
Below is the annual slip rate card for the west marina, the first area prepared to accommodate boats.
Rates are based on the vessel LOA (Length Over All) or slip length; whichever is greater. The LOA includes bow pulpits, swim platforms, dinghies, and any overhangs on the vessel.
These rates are inclusive of tax, one (1) parking card in the garage, electric, water, and in-slip pump-outs.
*Please note that there is an additional $1,500 premium on T-head and double finger-pier berths. There will be new rates and inclusive/exclusive items for years to follow as all amenities, the east side marina, and the full renovation all come to completion.

Reach out to Customer Success to reserve your spot for 2023 as soon as possible. While the western portion of the marina will be ready for the new 2023 boating season, the full transformation of the marina will be accomplished by early 2024.
